An automated, on-demand kit system for Capital One’s Dealer Navigator Muse platform. Capital One partnered with us to build a fully custom kit program for their Dealer Navigator “Muse” platform, one that combines premium materials with automated, dealership-specific personalization. Each WOW Kit includes a custom presentation box, 23 uniquely engraved metal business cards (each with its own QR code, serial number or name, dealership identifier, and Capital One branding), and two acrylic display stands printed with matching, data-driven QR codes. Every detail had to be precise, durable, and consistent across hundreds of dealerships. To support ongoing demand, we built a dedicated online storefront where dealers can request replacement cards and stands. Each order authenticates through Capital One’s API, pulls the correct QR-code data instantly, and triggers on-demand production. Our team then engraves, prints, kits, and ships—all within a seamless, automated workflow. For Capital One, the system “just works.” For dealerships, the experience is fast and reliable. And for us, it’s a signature example of how we blend premium product sourcing, precision customization, and enterprise-grade automation into a single, scalable solution.
