We manage ongoing fulfillment for their field teams, but a deeper partnership emerged when they shared challenges with their previous vendor for stainless-steel display racks. Our team reverse-engineered the approved designs, sourced new metal fabrication partners, and delivered a higher-quality, cost-competitive rack that matched every required detail, from the acrylic brochure holder and powder coating to the integrated pamphlet box. We produced an initial run of 100 racks, warehoused them locally, and now handle ongoing drop-ship requests through our streamlined online storefront (built in-house).
